What should I do if my school is screwing me over?

So I go to LSU and was supposed to receive a pell grant. They are saying I can’t get it unless I’m full time and I have 8 hours now. They said i still could get the grant if I switched to part time but now this…it says accepted but they are saying I need to be part time and I’ve already accepted a loan…I wouldn’t have done that if I knew they’d screw me over like this. I don’t know what to do. If I switch to full time I’d need about 1500 more but if I stay part time then I’d still need 200 when they should be paying be about 700 back.. I don't know what to do.

My parents won’t even help me like I can barely get them to fill out my FAFSA so that’s out of the table
