Its time for my weekly rant. These fckin dirtbags make me sick yo lmao. They’re now sending us to family members of deceased clients, making us look like asshats all because they want to make a sale. But although I dislike these boss buffoons, I can admit that my coworkers are awesome and funny af. This one supervisor tried to make me look dumb and that hoe got ganged up on by the whole squad 😂 They were like “CLEARLY YOU DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT SHE ASKED YOU” And one by one the guys and girls explained to the ole hag what I needed assistance with. Now she looking all stupid as she should. I’m glad at least someone had my back and we can't wait til fckin September so we can be up out this raggedy bit.

What I love about my job is the spirit rallies that my job has on Fridays, how the kids that were here last year are back again this year for summer camp (that really means a lot) the bonds that I have with the kids, being remembered by them. I’m really going to try my best not to use the word hate because I don’t think I’ll ever stop typing. It’s really embarrassing how the youngest group that are a bunch of freaking 4 year olds can get in a straight line when told to do so but the oldest group can not. I forgot how many weeks ago it was (probably the 2nd) but hearing a coworker tell another coworker how red group can’t stand in a straight line makes it even more embarrassing because everyone sees that. Today a roll of toilet paper ended up in the toilet and my boss had to talk to red group about it. I’m in red group. I was standing next to him while he was talking. That’s also embarrassing cause he either saw it when he went to the bathroom or one of the guys at the front desk saw it then told him. It’s just too much

There’s really no hope with red group at all. A girl had cursed out a group of kids just because a boy scared a squirrel away. She can’t even come back. A brother called his own sister the b word and other kids some other things. I don’t think he’s coming back so the sister can’t either. Kids bullying other kids. I’m really just fed up with this one girl. Talking to her is just waste of time. Yesterday she decided to spit in those things that you can put colorful sand in to make it look cool. This is week #7 so yeah I’m definitely just fed up with red group at this point

mad for me I tolerate my job. I don’t feel like I fit on the managements idea of a working team. And they aren’t really at all interested in helping me go in the direction I want to go. So I think I might move on in the next few months.

I tolerate my job. So at the moment, I'm still event staff girl. I'll come if they can pay me enough. Soo the plan was to ride an hour and 40 minutes into houston, tx to work for 8 hours for two days. Well i replied as soon as I got the email saying what they got... NEXT DAY, THIS MOFO SAYS THAT SHIFT IS ALREADY TAKEN SO I CAN ONLY GET ONE. THE. NEXT. DAY. Soo I'm thinking I should take my one day and stfu but lemme paint you a picture:

Motel room that could have bed bugs that is 50 minutes away from destination- $58
Gas- 15+15=$30 (if i'm watchful and don't let it get to close to "E" which is $40)
Food-$5-$12
My paycheck- (if my math is right for 8 hours, $10 an hour) $80.
total money spent from my emergency savings that is $500- $100
My bubbling anger to this bullshi- Priceless. :)

OOF THE RANT! No wonder you hate them! I was forced to do something similar I had to chase around a family to get the ID of a man who fell seriously ill. It's not pleasant so I can only imagine how it is for you with the deceased.

I like my job for the most part, but the mails... THE MAILS! It's so easy to get drowned in your inbox! You have your daily quota that you need to reach and I like doing that work! But on top of that, keep that inbox in check. One day, 40 mails on a bad day! There could be one urgent mail in there! This is one of the reasons why my profile is private! I don't want to take that stress from work with me After work!

Worst part is that is our personal mailbox, there is also a dispatch and every week two people will be assigned to that mailbox for a week, and enough mails to just fill your whole week without getting any personal work done. So SO LONG PERSONAL INBOX, easy 100+ I turned into an alcoholic and only last week I started to get things back in order

A friend mentioned that I shouldn't work myself to death, and I didn't mind working as long as I did, but that truth was harsh but needed. Because that's what I am doing right now! And I'm just some employee, I'm expendable after I "die from work". I need to change my life around!

Sadly i stayed at my second job for 4 years knowing all along i could be disposed at any time and was working myself to death for nothing. Thats why i now will quit a job in less than 6 months if it doesn't feel right. They dont deserve us

I like my job…. I design / invent stuff. Few people give me a hard time, I have no real schedule to adhere to and I get paid a good amount….. although, no job is perfect. There are always things and people that agitate me as well…. I just do my best to stay positive and keep pushing forward until I can’t anymore…. And if I get to the “anymore” state, I will move on.

Mine is easy. No supervision I’ve been walking around chatting. I’ve learned to just go at my own pace. Usually when someone is pushing you its not actually what the real management wants. Its just the try hard supervisor brown noser. by the way if you want to become a manager thats the only skill you need.

One place I worked (HVAC) the owner told me to just connect the gas to a pool heater. I asked about the job he said its easy just hook it up and leave.

I goto the house & in the driveway is a massive new pool heater. I’d need a forklift to move it. Also according to code it couldn’t be installed in the garage attached to the house. It would also require all new gas piping and pool plumbing.

So I returned to the shop and explained the situation to the manager. The owner walks by and asked if I was done already. I begin to explain no and my reasoning & the owner blows a gasket.

I thought he was going to explode. Started ranting at me saying do as I’m told etc I don’t know what I’m talking about and stormed off.

The manager said lets go take a look. Shortly later he totally agreed with me but this is what he said. According to him I was right but I went about it wrong.

He would’ve hooked it up and left. After when they got dinged for improper installation the owner would know he’s wrong. He worked with him 20 years and never told him no.

I said well I’m not that guy. I went back to the shop made them pay me what money I was owed and quit.

None of the above I'm used to my job I've been through the tolerate the light the dislike so now I'm just existing the money could always be better but I like driving 18 wheelers I don't have to deal with management I'm in my truck by myself all the time so there's some pluses and some minuses with my job so if I had to say one of them I like my job

In the span of last two years I’ve went from loving my job to hating my job and now I’m in the toleration phase Lol. I hope I stop tolerating soon.
The hardest part for me is when I have to show fake energy during team meetings and presentations when I actually just want to kill everyone around me.

I was teaching before the pandemic and I really liked it. I was laid off so I just took a job as a systems administrator which I did before I started teaching. It is okay but I would rather be teaching again.
