I was hired at a callcenter job for taxesfinance. After two weeks we weer tot make a test i didn't pass IT she said but u felt in my heart there was another reason out of the 15 i was wrong with 5 questions...

If she got a sense of grief or negative energy when she was "micro managing" you then she was not going to let you slide on the test. Sometimes, those managers are mean on the front end just to test. It is a cruel thing to do to people but it happens more times than not in phone sales and customer service. Sorry !!
