Is it possible to switch loan officers?

I been trying to get pre approved for a house loan, but the guy I'm working with is taking forever. I started a new job right before I applied. I wanted to wait until I had a month's worth pay so I could qualify for a bigger loan. I was originally part-time. I sent him what he told me to send, two pay stubs. He didn't text me after that, so I waited. I texted him did he get it. He texted yeah but they are going to use my year to date instead, but he'll see if he could pull some strings. He asked if I could send information proving I work full-time hours. I sent him my employee profile. He left me hanging again. I then asked if that what he needed and he said yeah, but he will also need a letter from my employer saying I work there. I was confused because he has my payslips and I sent him my month's schedule. I told him I'll ask and gave him my hr number. He then told I needed to sign some more papers that he never sent to me. I just don't get why he didn't just send me a list of everything I needed to prove. Why is he choosing to sit on information until I ask?

I've seen some LOs at my job get axe'd mid loan. In that case, yeah another LO can be assigned. Unforunately, most of the time, their managers don't give a fuck about the borrowers. If they have a shitty LO working under them, it's only a problem once they start cancelling loans. If they're getting them in, they won't see a problem with them being slow.

It is typically 60 days to fully process a loan. Sounds like you have lots of irregularities which takes longer to process. The fact that you are getting loan changing jobs is rare…
