How should Invest 50 grand?

Hard assets that will give you residual income over 50-100 age range. Rental property and this and associated financials is my job. In last year I have been approached to go from local to global. I am blessed to smell and find dog properties, fix, and double rents. I have partner locally. We just got this dog 8-plex for 510,000. There is at least 200,000 in work required. We made 150,000 at purchase even with those financial realities. In an area with needles on ground, gun shots occasionally in the day. We gut and out stainless steel, indestructible floors etc where residents stay 5-15 years. Never going to find anything this Nice etc…

50,000 will get you moving in that direction. Now, I’m the “boy” field guy globally…a part of it-small percentage but also make upfront money and a delayed commission one-year afterwards if Numbers are met. Small little ownership income and those commission fees and compounding Rents is making my own Monopoly board dreams starting to be a possibility. 50,000 is a great beginning. The important thing is to always financially look almost in the red as it relates to taxes etc.. Sorry for rambling 😎

What’s your time horizon?


If it’s 10+ years. DCA into a low cost diversified index fund like VOO (S&P500) VTI (Total U. S Stock market) or VT (Total world stock market) keep sticking to the plan and DCA every month no matter good or bad.
