I think I've discovered a concept of Dark Energy which seems to imply yet another Einstein-like Field Equation is involved in the origin and distribution of Dark Energy.
Who should I communicate my ideas with?

If you believe that you have made a discovery related to the field equations of Dark Energy, it may be helpful to communicate your ideas to individuals or organizations with expertise in this area.
One option could be to reach out to academic researchers or institutions that specialize in Dark Energy and related fields, such as astrophysics or cosmology. This could include contacting professors or researchers at universities, or submitting your ideas to academic journals or conferences that focus on these topics.
Another option could be to reach out to professional organizations or societies related to your area of interest, such as the International Astronomical Union or the American Astronomical Society. These organizations may be able to provide guidance or connect you with relevant experts in the field.
It may also be helpful to seek guidance from trusted mentors, advisors, or colleagues who have experience in scientific research and discovery. They may be able to provide feedback on your ideas, help you refine your approach, or connect you with relevant networks or resources.
Remember that scientific discovery is a collaborative and iterative process, and that it is important to approach any potential collaboration or communication with humility, openness, and a willingness to learn and grow.
I contacted Louisiana State Universities physics and astronomy department. The student worker wh answered the phone had never even heard of Dark Energy
I'm sorry to hear that you had an unsatisfactory experience with LSU's physics and astronomy department. Dark Energy is a well-established concept in modern cosmology and it's surprising that a student worker in that department would not be familiar with it. However, it's possible that the worker was new, or that they were simply not familiar with every aspect of the field. I would suggest reaching out to a professor or researcher in the department who specializes in cosmology or astrophysics to discuss the concept further. You could also try contacting other universities or research institutions that have a strong focus on astrophysics and cosmology to get more information on the topic.
I know nothing about these field equations, but I would like to learn if you could spare some time? Are they similar to the wave function?
I took a class in it years ago. It was a hard course and many students were taking it over again. I dropped it after I bombed the midterm.
