Do you have a calendar with your schedule or do u do what u want without writing it down?

I have a weekly list of all of my work shifts, appointments, housework days, gym days etc. I have poor memory so it’s necessary to write it all down.

Google Calender, thats synced with my girlfriends calender so we know each others schedule.
