how many letters do i need to learn to be able at least talk a little..
i wanna get b eins license..
and where can i find the most useful words?

I guess you mean words.

Letters are the same as in the English Alphabet, A-Z and some rarely used ones (ä, ü, ö, ß), but they don't matter that much, when holding conversations.

Words for B niveau are 2000-3000.

Or with each level the words double starting at 500 for basic conversations at level A1. A2 is 1000, B1 2000, B2 4000...

Letters? You learn a language by reading and comprehending complete texts and using real-world dialogue.

Well letters nearly all of them, they can occure in any kind of words some are more rarer though. Words/vocabularies can vary how much you would need.

For learning words in any language I watch a TV-show in this language with subtitles.

English and German use the exact same letters with one exception: We have these 4 extra letters: Ä Ö Ü ß
