I have my dream job. Unfortunately, I'm in charge. I don't like it but not much can do. I limit my "charge" to technical stuff, leaving evaluation and other HR bullshit to so-called managers.

Understandable. Delegation and automation is the only way you can free up your time for other things.

Richard Branson for example. He just builds and then delegates and repeats. He’s wealthy and has all the time he wants. 🙂
