Recently started my position in my company's financial administration. My goal is to be the CFO within 10 years.

Which thing you like and don't like about your job?

It's not dissimilar to my previous position. I get to apply a decent amount of what I learned in to this new one. I do enjoy a more balanced work schedule as I now have set hours instead of just a start time. The work load is also easier to handle. However I spend more time at a desk vs walking around to inspect and monitor certain things.

What's the minimum wage in there now, I mean salary of people?

In NYC the minimum wage is $15, which will increase to $16 in January. For this position, it varies from around 50k to 150k depending on the company and residing state. I'm just above the median line there.
