How to make money?

Basic but its not too basic for me. I have worked for other people and gotten a salary. I Saved and lived on a budget. I have 2 professions in Management and teaching. I want to do work for myself now. What are different and safe ways to grow your money. I am planning on starting my own business. What is the wisest way to use, spend and grow money as an entrepreneur?

You’re really not going to get anywhere working then saving it. It’s a good start if you don’t have any idea to put some in the bank. But working harder or longer hours at your job isn’t going to do it. You need to come up w maybe 5-6 ways on how to make progressive income. Me sig income that keeps coming in regardless of whether you’re actually working or not. Saving money is an ok start. But you need to figure out how to make that money work for you. Your bank pays you maybe 1% interest on a savings while inflation goes up 3-6% each year. You need to figure out a way to outpace that each year.

I’d say the first thing you need to do before you start throwing money into things is to throw some of that money into educating yourself financially. A good idea would be to start by making sure all your debts are paid off. Maybe save a $1000 as an emergency fund then 3-6 months of finances to cover things like rent, utilities, food, etc, in case you lose your job or something. That way you can still maintain a living while trying to find another job. After that you spend so much, invest so much. I like listening to people like Dave Ramsey, Richard Kiyosaki. Also Minoroty Mindset on Youtibe as well as Mark Tilbury.

Thank you so much. There is a place I'm getting rent from. But most of the money I receive for rent, goes into fixing property repairs. And i'm kind of living off the rental I'm getting and the salary I save for now. It should maybe be the other way around. But that's just how I'm working with it for now. Thanks. Want to save money for unexpected emergency money needed in life and don't want to touch it. That's one of them. Secondly, maybe travel and some self indulgent money to put on a side too.
