Women do really well mostly in support roles. That’s kind of how most women are is a helper. Such as a assistant manager, secretary, administrative assistant, receptionist, a nurse, a nurses aide, and the list goes on. Most women do really good if they’re given direction.

I’m not saying all women. But those are roles women more thrive in.

Consider also this, this is not just a prison for women you're building here, it's also a prison for men, as you pigeonhole them, praising their designated leader role, instead of acknowledging their freedom of choice.

Itis hard to think of a job that cannot be done competently by a woman. Some traditionally male dominated jobs are being done very well by women.
However to answer the question, women are better equipped for a career in healthcare than men are.
