How Do You Define A Toxic Workplace/College Environment?

A boss with unreasonable demands. No professionalism at the workspace. Colleagues fighting amongst each other, immaturity to try and hurt the other. Bullying. Too much of a work load for a small team. Teams of different parts who need to work together, but refuse to.

A place where people keep on gossiping and pulling down the people who are actually going ahead. No work gets done seamlessly in such places as people are actually interested more in "politics" instead of actually achieving organization's goals.

I define it as that was a couple days ago because I walked out and got another job because it's not worth it any place where there's drama judgment Whispers finger pointing it's just not worth it
