I meant doing new things at your own pace, but learning new things at your own pace is good too.

It depends. If you're in college or school where you are getting graded you need to learn what you can fast, so you can pass the exam and you don't have academic probation or lose your scholarship or whatever. If not then you should learn at your own pace, so you can absorb the material better, but don't take too many breaks and procrastinate too much because you're going to waste too much time. You need spaced repetition, but you still need to do the work.
well... it might be the only way you will learn new things...

Learning at your own pace is both okay and important. It allows you to absorb information fully, align learning with your personal strengths, and mitigate stress. This approach fosters a deeper understanding and long-term retention of knowledge. Personalizing the pace ensures that learning remains enjoyable and effective, accommodating different individual learning styles. Over the years, I've seen countless individuals thrive by customizing their learning journey. Trust in your natural rhythm; it often leads to enhanced satisfaction, motivation, and success. Remember, lifelong learning is not a race, but a personal journey of growth.
