Not particularly, and that's the way I prefer it. They just want me to do my work well; that's all they care about.

We're all just a resource for the company we work for, a number if you will.

Nothing highlights that better than when I got my 20 year gift for 20 years of service to my company. It came with a plaque which was numbered on the back to all the honorees that was to recieve one that year.😆
