I played classical piano in the school orchestra, if that counts. Did many a stage play.
Cool, do you mean you played piano for stage plays?
Oh nice!
Did you do any acting
When I was in 2nd grade, I played a pea in a play about Peter Rabbit. Other than the few walk-on bits at the magic show I was involved with 20 years ago, that's the only theatre I've been involved with.
A lot of them have fun for sure!
I didn't much like it, they made me wear tights and wanted me to wear lipstick!
Haha luck I suppose

AskEngaging in youth theatre can be a transformative experience, as it was for me. It fosters creativity, builds confidence, and hones communication skills. Many actors, directors, and even business professionals began their journey in youth theatre. These groups provide early exposure to teamwork and public speaking, both vital in any career. If there's a group at your workplace, consider encouraging young people to participate, as it's a valuable stepping stone for personal and professional development.
