So I work as an admin on a small team. I feel like I can't do it anymore and I am mentally clocked out. I am a hard worker but I have just became so fed up because of both my bosses bad behaviour. Some of what my bosses have done is listed below.

• Signed off an email with one of my colleagues signatures pertaining to be him
• When bad results of the employee survery came back my boss rang us up individually and start asking us each question and asking our opinion on it basically interrogating us when it was supposed ti be confidential.
• Favours a colleague of mine and lets her away with doing nothing and accused me of having a vandetta against her when I reported her for doing nothing as I have to do extra work.
• I came back after of week of being out due to surgery and I didn't even get any question if I was ok or nothing on Monday morning. They just completely ignored that I had surgery even though I sent in sick certs explaining why I was off and my boss didn't even reply.
• I came back to work the next day after attending my grandfathers funeral and my boss was giving out to me for not organising my mailbox.
• Spoke poorly of my colleague to me even after he left the job
• didn't promote me and I found out my colleague who was there less time than me was promoted through an email to the whole department. They never even gave me a heads up.
• Told my colleague I reported her which resulted in me getting a sarcastic email from said colleague and nothing was done about the sarcastic email.
