So back when I was in uni, me and my room mate would make each other go to the library without out phones. Just notebooks, binders and flash cards. Honestly I wouldn't recommend this method. It was neither of us wanted to go, soooooo a lot of the time we didn't. My husband taught me a new method back when we were dating. Set a goal to just set everything up. Get your flash cards, grab a coffee, put your phone in air plane mode, pull up one of those lofi vids on youtube, whatever. And if that's all you do, that's fine, but if you can do more set a timer for 25 minutes. then take a break for 5 and see if you can keep going.

Some days you won't do much, and that's ok. All that really matters is you show up
