- One anchor task on Friday (finish one meaningful thing so you can mentally unplug).
- One block for true rest on the Lord’s day (no work, no guilt).
- One block for growth (reading, planning the week, skill-building).

You might ask:
- What’s one work win I want by Friday night?
- How will I protect Sunday so it actually feels restorative?
