Long term is definitely degree and post grad. Short term is just get back into the flow of school.

Yep! These are on campus apartments, but they are nice. We have normal fridge, dishwasher, double sink, counter space, kitchen table.

They only thing we are still stuck with is one bathroom. Though, the layout is a decent upgrade.
