I did interview at Olive Garden as I start school soon and need part time for school. I read online only serving jobs let you work part time for school.
but it seems I don’t get the job.

I got told my profile will be updated on the next steps. My profile has said interview completed. Now online bot says there’s no phone number or application on file or it says processing? 🙁 that means I don’t get hired and u need be hired on spot?

I said I need part time for school , and then I left my long time warehouse job as they don’t have part time hours.

OK I'm going to be honest here. It looks like English isn't your first language and that can be a big red flag for employers hiring staff who deal with customers. They worry you won't understand customers questions, will struggle with in-house training, health and safety regulations, and give a bad impression of the restaurant. This might not be true of you but a lot of employers think this way.

Also don't forget they might have had hundreds of applicants, people with years of experience or college students looking for a bit extra cash as well as people like yourself. It's not that you're not good enough, it's just you were one of many to be disappointed.

You are stupid. im not typing perfectly this is not a school essay. Im typing fast and thats y my sentences are not written perfectly. I am a very smart and I once had an online clothing business I would speak daily to customers and they would buy clothes daily. I have a lot experience with customer seevice !!!
