How to find Otaku friends (people who like anime) especially girls?

So I live in a place where not many people know about or like watching anime (I live in India) but I still want friends who like and enjoy what I do...

So are there any tricks or tips to know if someone likes anime? If yes what to do & how do I know?
I just wanna find people with similar interests as me, as it can get a bit lonely sometimes!

If you want to find some online, go on omegle and set interests to Anime, I've found a lot of friends that way. If you want rl friends and you can't find any, you should try and convince the friends that you already have, to try anime out

Just talk to them, a good topic is to talk about the drawings they draw. If you're cool about it and just relax they'll probably befriend you

So you may find the hint. Anime is base on European blueprint. They hide the hint in it so that your father can't see it and say that is good.

Don't be shy boy. Its a headstart that they like anime. You could just go up to one while they're making sketches and compliment their art... then just open up and express how much you enjoy that anime and let the conversation continue
