Rapeman is basically a Japanese perverted rapist version of Batman. He carries handcuffs and a butterfly knife in a utility belt, has his own Rapemobile, also operates largely at night, and has a mild mannered alter-ego, working by day as the handsome albeit somewhat goofy physical education elementary school teacher (I know, right?), Keisuke Iwasaki. And while Batman has Alfred, Rapeman has his uncle, Shotoku Haraoka.

The franchise’s motto, as well as the protagonist’s, is "Righting wrongs through penetration." Meaning that the Rapeman exacts justice on women who did things unlawful by, well... raping them. Not men though ('no homo')- he just straight up kills guys instead. And when his victims enjoy the pleasure of his raping them (which happens quite often), he then employs more torture by using methods such as “Magnum.45” and “Infinite Loop”.

This can't be a thing, right? Or if it is, it has to be some virtually unknown, totally niche thing, dreamed up as the depraved fantasy by some wannabe woman-hating virgin NEET. Nope- there are no less than 7 Rapeman films, as well as 2 spin-offs, and heaven knows how many anime OVAs. And for the record, the manga’s author was a woman.
