What do you think of Selena Gomez singing?

I have an irrational hatred of Selena Gomez's singing voice. I didn't mind her before Can't Keep My Hands to Myself, thought she was really autotuned but after that song came out I can't stand her. Something about the weird whisper high pitch singing she does all the time now sets me off. I have to change the channel every time her songs come on. But, I'm pretty sure it's just me being sensitive to the pitch, but I've never had it happen so strongly before.

I judge a singer souly on their ability to sing live (specifically the national anthem) sadly SG doesn’t sound that good live. However there's something about her voice and how it sounds with autotune than makes me love her music

She can't really sing. She's a pretty girl with a gorgeous body who has mastered "whisper-singing". Vocally, she is unimpressive.

Never heard her sing, but if the rest are anything to go by she sucks. Listened to some classical singing the other night, when someone can stand in a room and hit every note without any equipment you really realise how bad a lot of singers are these days.

It's pretty much all autotune, but it isn't just her, the entire music industry relies heavily on autotune.

I personally like her... I’ve seen her in concert twice. I’ve met her. She helped me through some rough patches as a child... i have some of her lyrics on my back..
