Best place for free HD manga?

It's where places like mangarock / managanelo and all the virus-ridden aggregates rip off.

Here's why I'd suggest...
-- Scanlators posting directly on there, and the site has rules regarding posting quality. This means the image quality is high, and there are very little to no intrusive watermarks on mangas.
-- Since it's user-driven and not an aggregate, there are sometimes various scanlation groups posting on the same manga. This means if one is poorly translated, you can sometimes check out another.
-- Extremely user friendly site. The search bar is the best one I've seen. You can follow manga and check for updates. You can keep track of your progress as reading/completed/dropped/etc.. You can customize several things. Development is constantly listening to user feedback and updating the site.
-- Zero ads. The userbase likes the site enough that it's funded by donations.
-- Mobile friendly.
-- Of course, there are the typical "moaaar" and "this free translation that I'm not paying for is garbage" idiots, but the community actually seems half decent there. It's decently modded too. You can also talk to scanlation groups directly if you have questions.

The only reason I'd ever use manganelo is if the manga isn't on mangadex. Sometimes that happens, since some scanlators pulled out of mangadex some months ago after feeling like they weren't getting enough donations.

Other sites I tried mostly showed what looked like photos with one side of the frame blurring into the part between pages. So dang annoying... I’m not seeing any of that here yet, though.

Yeah, at least on desktop, the image automatically adjusts to the size of the screen (and it gives you options for auto-adjustment, page turn / long scroll, amongst other things).

Also, when you start accumulating stuff in your follows list as 'reading,' you may notice a bunch of non English scanlation updates popping up. You can turn that off in settings.

Manga Rock is a good App for your Phone, don't know how the App still work i thought the app was discontinued but so far i can still get volumes of popular manga.

There was another App "Manga something" with a blue icon, works the same way.

I'd say mangarock. If you read on Android I recommend Mi Manga Nu app, a nice little aggregator for various manga sites. Can't be downloaded from play store tho.

Someone mentioned a bunch of manga sites here, but honestly I’ve been using lately. It’s clean, loads fast, and the HD quality is way better than most random sites I’ve tried.
