PlayStation vs Xbox: Which do you prefer?

I can't judge the new generation yet, but I have gone the xbox and Nintendo route. I have never own a Playstation. I like Nintendo more then xbox but they really suck at the whole online stuff. Got that I am not much of a fan of that.

Really? I find the PlayStation controller to feel much more natural. It's one of the only differences I notice between the two

@OfDeath we are at the same age so we know how many game consoles there is out there. I have played with all the consoles there is, so am used to it but the PS controller has became my nemesis somehow and the ps5 controller is veeerrryyyy similar to the xbox controller and there is many people talking about it and there is a reason to it. But!!! Not everyone has same issues like I do and it's fine.

It looks fatter than the PS3 and PS4 controllers. That's sort of weird. I'm thinking of just getting a good PC for games. Any suggestions?

Depends on the generation, I prefer xbox original to the PS1, xbox 360 to the ps3, ps4 to the xbox one, I just enjoy the ps2 period, and I'm looking forward to the ps5 more than the new xbox

Second to Nintendo is easily PlayStation! I’ve played lots of great games from PS2 to PS4. Xbox has shown almost nothing appealing to me that’s exclusive to it. Plus PlayStation controllers feel a lot easier to use.

I love the design of the PS5 although I worry that the controller will get dirty very easily. I always prefered Sony because of the exclusives and the design. Now I like the cooling system the the new Xbox has.

I'm all for whatever supplies me of my needs. Or whatever my friends buy, which seems like PS now. But I'll always prefer the Xbox controller. I miss it so much.

I like the PlayStation better mostly because of the controller. It's more symmetrical which matches my symmetrical hands. It just feels more natural.
