Chris from SBSK, which is a nonprofit that interviews people living with various forms of disability/medical conditions, allowing them to share with the world and be seen.
I also enjoy Dr. Todd Grande's content. He's a psychologist who analyzes various people and psychological phenomena, often with relevance to pop culture. He makes videos about Youtube drama, serial killers, musicians, you name it, with insight and dry wit.

Hard to say. My three favorites are all musical ones: Rick Beato of Everything Music, Fil from Wings of Pegasus, and Pete Pardo from Sea of Tranquility. I enjoy them all and cannot really differentiate a favorite of these three.
