Not being from the US, I never had the pleasure to listen to his voice, nor did I know this singer.

I had a quick DuckDuckGo and found the song "Good Hearted Woman" which I immediately liked. From the little I heard, I appreciate the timber of his voice and the way he performs.

That will be someone I will check more often as of now. I really do like country and bluegrass music. My all time favorites were the Statler Brothers, which also sang a number of gospels.

Thanks for the question that revealed someone that I did not know before.

Waylon Arnold Jennings was an American singer, songwriter, and musician. He is best known as one of the founding pioneers of the Outlaw Movement. Jennings first played guitar at age eight and first performed at age twelve on KVOW radio, after which he formed his first band, The Texas Longhorns.

Yep. He was one of the "outlaws". Also one of the The Highwaymen super group. I saw Willie in concert, but not Waylon.
