What's your favorite sentient alien species from Star Wars?

I've got to give it to the rakghouls. I'm not really sure if they count as a species because it's actually a plague that multiple species can be infected by (humans includes). The infected transform into these things, rakghouls.

They also kind of lose their sentience so maybe they shouldn't count. Eh, I choose them anyways because they're interesting.

Aliens are cool. Sadly I don't know the Star Wars lore particularly well. So I'll just go with Baby Yoda for being adorable.

I will admit I felt a little disappointed you didn't introduce a few cool species for those of us who uh, appreciate the nerdiness but have yet to ascend such heights.
