I've actually watched some interrviews on this matter, this streamer Sweet Anita who also has Tourette's Syndrome and despite that being challenging enough she also jumped into the toxicity of what streaming can be, and all the stalking she had to deal with, but she seems to be ahead of all of it now, or still trying anyway..
