Depends on which one. You sort of have to start from the beginning or the story doesn't really make sense.
You'll also have to understand the first Star Wars movie was made in the 1970s. Acting was different, filming techniques were different, hair styles were different. Technology was primitive compared to now. You might even be bored by it.
I'm curious what you'll think of it though.
