What do you think are some of the best running gags in tv shows or movies?

I'm struggling to remember many from movies. The only ones that immediately spring to mind are the chewing gum in "Nick and Nora's Infinite Playlist", the guy repeatedly getting hit by a car in "Perdita Durango", and the bit in "Mallrats" about having sex in an uncomfortable place ("the back of a volkswagen?").
TV sitcoms are always loaded with them - way too many to choose from.

when Biden has a press conference and he looks at the cheat sheet to see what reporters will ask what question and it has the answer to the question too.
it was funny when he tried to hide it, now it is just scary because they don't even bother to cover it up anymore.
