. somebody I know personally didn't need muscles to do the isolations. Maybe a bit of natural strength. 💁‍♂️ The technique of raising the leg helps.

For sure they need to not be lazy though, twerking is used as a workout good for preparing women for childbirth LOL.. really..

@LovingLoverReturned I'm watching both. Something I wonder about is the curvature of the lumbar spine (lower spine near the pelvis). To my understanding, most white and Asian women lack curvature there and maybe due to a lack of evolutionary pressure:

A greater curvature to the lumbar spine might already place a lot of pressure on areas like the hip adductors to develop greater muscle control. So maybe that's why lots of white and Asian women seem mentally handicapped when they try to twerk for the first time. :-D Their lower spine isn't curved in ways where they can thrust their hips like that -- maybe similar to many guys without much more practice. I hope I don't sound racist at all. It's just something I looked into before.
