Well, I have to admit that I have been often watching/listening to this 05 AUG 1984 live performance of "Take Hold of the Flame" by Queensrÿche. Queensrÿche's lead singer for a long time was Geoff Tate, a rather good-looking guy, who had stunning talent as a singer. I got to see Queensrÿche on 15 MAR 1989 when they were the opening act for Metallica. Queensrÿche had just released their epic album "Operation: Mindcrime".

Here is that August 1984 performance. In this video, not only can you see his raw singing talent, but what an excellent showman he is as a lead singer.

I am in Japan and Kpop is really popular here. Most KPop stars know the Japanese language and sing in Japanese when they tour here. I also speak Korean, so it is fun to get both versions of the songs I like. Sometimes, I think the Korean version sounds better.

I’ve been like “super fan” status of Charli XCX since like 2014 lol… she came out with her big hits back then and I just remember feeling like “wow for once, this new pop girl seems cool and has real attitude…” just something different about her, you know?

Then she blew my mind with the Vroom Vroom EP and from there it was all over… That was it for me, she got me good… She’s freaking great. Like icon levels of artistry and charisma, in my mind.

Oddly I like men's voices for singing more they move up in pitch and women down. It's unusual and interesting to me. So I like Ronnie Dio as another example. I think he might even be alto or mezzo-soprano. He's naturally really high for a guy:

I actually saw this on YouTube before. But I don't listen to this genre of music, or most music in general. I think a user on GAG, @420Rachel, once posted this Pisces song on here. Anyway, this stuff freaks me out. It's so Satanic, and I'm not even religious.
