My brother would probably be better than me at answering since he's a lot more into anime, but from what I've seen, The Promised Neverland season 1 was one of the best things ever. Season 2 was a huuuuge drop off... Not the worst thing in the world but after how amazing season 1 was, season 2 disappointed. I also really liked Erased, Naruto and DBZ a lot. As a whole, Naruto and DBZ were amazing but with so many episodes, they had to have some boring episodes. I also really liked this anime movie called I want to eat your pancreas. Not the happiest movie but it was deep.

Hunter X Hunter and Code Geass are my two favorites.
Hunter x Hunter has great characters and it feels like anyone can be the main character because they are so well written. The power system is also really cool and not just your typical DBZ style.
Code Geass is also really well written for the most part and has one of my favorite endings in an anime ever.
Favorite? Howel's Moving Castle, Cowboy Bebop (absolute masterpiece), Re:Zero (So well done, and begging for more. Who's Rem?), first season of Stein's Gate, Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood, Dragon Ball (The original, not Z or Super), The Day I Became A God, Neon Genesis Evangelion, and the first half of Naruto was amazing.
Least Favorite? Ceres Celestial Legend. Watch the Dub and find out how bad anime can get.

I'm not huge into anime overall but my favorite is Last Exile because of the retro-industrial steampunk theme and the premise is pretty unique.
Least favorite is, well that's a pretty extensive list lol, Monster Misume, JoJo's Bizzare Adventures, One Piece, and Chobbits. All of those made me cringe beyond belief.
Partially cause someone ruined it by forcing me to watch it twice. And also because I didn't like the animation, the voice acting, or the plot at all really. It was overall just too Japanese for my taste.
Thanks for answering. It took me years to care enough to watch Jojo, and then I watched each show after wide intervals. I can't imagine being forced to watch it, that would suck.

Evangelion... just because it was the first I ever watched
currently, I'm watching Jujutsu Kaizen and Demon Slayer
That's fair. Naruto isn't for everyone I can respect that. Do you have an anime you like to watch ones without fighting such as Naruto? Like death note? Angel beats? Your lie in April.
