Only lesser famous ones like reality show personalities and talk show hosts in Canada.
It's cool, especially if you think she's cute. You can tell her that you appreciate her and usually get a few words back acknowledging that she saw it.
I sorta grew out of doing that, but it's the only thing that's interesting about Instagram to me.

Yes. Dave Draper was Mr. Universe before Arnold and was sort of an influence on me as a teen. I sent him a email one time to wish him well on an upcoming surgery never thinking he would reply. He sent a real appreciative email to me thanking me for my support.
