Well, at least we know what it is. The proportions of face and body look right. I guess that's a road in the background? The 3D depth perception needs improvement, and keep in mind: the further away something is, the lighter the colors get. It looks like you were using crayon, and crayon isn't a very good medium to work with. Try using colored pencils or soft pastels. They're easier for doing details, and if you screw up, you can correct it easier. My ID picture of the sailboat was done in pastels, as was the picture in my account.
