Not me but my friend. He basically picked a fight with a ninja.
Walking home from the bar with two friends we passed a couple guys and two girls talking. The guys were hitting on the girls. The girls were ranting about all the guys in this city sucking and their city was so much better.
My friend cracked a joke forget what it was but we all laughed including the other guys. Except one skinny dude who was sitting scowling. The girls left and my friend who joked told the scowling guy it was ok he could laugh too.
He told my friend to f off. So our other friend who had been in many fights sometimes against multiple people because he was a big oaf and for some reason people mistakenly tried fighting him. So the tough friend picked up grass and deposited it on angry skinny guys head.
He brushed it off swore at him. I felt bad because this guy was outweighed by probably 100 pounds I told my friend to leave him alone lets go. Nope, picks up grass puts it on his head.
Skinny guy leaps up, my tough friend asks if he wants to go. Guy raises fists and my friend went at him.
I didn’t see the blows but I heard thuds then my friend went face first to the ground. Skinny guy backed off. We go to help my unconscious buddy who suddenly comes around and runs at the guy again.
He did some kind of combo probably muy thai and instantly knocked out my friend again. We apologize and help my friend up and make him apologize. They were cool with it. Went our separate ways.
I worked in Medical Administration when I was in the military and I saw a lot of banged up people in the hospital due to fights. I lived in the barracks and in the next room were two blacks that were pissed off at Whites. I'm White. They felt oppressed and held back because of Whites. One night they were drinking and cussing up a storm. I left my room to go to the latrine. On the way back, one drunk black guy called me a whole bunch of names and pushed me to the floor. I got up, brushed off the dust from my clothes, and walked back to my room.
I heard them laugh at me calling me even more names. I never forgot about that incident. But what was I supposed to do? A bunch of drunk black guys who are pissed off and then there was me.
@Juxtapose problem was they were drunk. meaning pain tolerance: low while aggression: high.

I took my martial art masters seriously when they said the first line of self-defense is awareness of your surroundings and diplomacy. Because of that I have not had to fight at all.
I’ve never been in a fight
