Whats everyones favourite shiny pokemon?

It's far from my favorite, but I recently caught a shiny Metang in Renegade Platinum. It's legitimate, too. I was eating a sandwich at a café while playing, and it just pops up in Mount Coronet. I almost ran out of balls trying to catch it.

My favorite would probably be shiny blue Umbreon. Competitively, I don't like Umbreon either and it's one of my least favorite Eeveelutions. But damn its shiny is beautiful.
