Unlikely. If there was any reliable way to become rich and famous pretty much everyone would do it. And a lot of people out there are well aware of that, which is why so much effort is put into scams that get people to give their attention and money for the illusion of hope. I'm not saying you can't become a star somehow but I am saying that aspiring to become one suggests you're more interested in the reward than the art, which is extremely common - and why there are so many filthy rich scammers that prey on such people. Focusing on creating art that you like for yourself is the best option. And if other people like it too, that's nice but doesn't need to have been your goal.
