Well the home has to be paid for monthly Either way even if you win it, but since you can't resell it you can still turn it into a Mini hotel or turn it Into a luxurious apartment home you can turn each room into a separate unit (add bathroom and mini kitchen in each room) to make profit out of it and then use that money to buy other properties and rent them out till your money builds up!!! Even higher then you can purchase a home you’d genuinely like that you can make your own and sell it anytime you get tired of it
