Probably Excitable Boy, by Warren Zevon. Not a bit of slack on it (save perhaps "Midnight in the Switching Yard", which really more of a dance track; not really my thing).

I'm very partial to Madonna's "Like a Prayer" album. Wonderful and iconic, from start to finish.

I also like Red Hot Chili Peppers' "Blood Sugar Sex Magic" and "Californication" albums. I don't care much for rock music, but the Chili Peppers are no ordinary rock band.

And lastly Daft Punk's "Discovery" is brilliant. You honestly don't need to spin anything else to bring life to a party.
