I finished it just a couple days ago.
Overall, it's good. It has just the right amount of callback nostalgia to the two (good) live action movies, the original TV series, and the original art style of the cartoons. There's plenty of dark humor in it too, though much of it is in the first maybe 2/3 of the show. Pretty much every actor puts on a solid performance too, which is a welcome surprise. I'd still say that Cristina Ricci is the best Wednesday Addams portrayal to date, but Ortega is a very close second.
The two relatively minor negatives I'd point out are that it leans much more heavily into modern supernatural subjects/species than anything Addams family-related ever did, and most of it comes across as very out of place besides the pilgrim-era witch hunts and seances of questionable results. There's also a sprinkling of just enough woke crap that could conveniently be removed for international audiences and contributes nothing of value to the show (it doesn't really harm it much either aside from ripping you out of any sense of immersion), so it seems like it was shoehorned in someone more concerned with brownie points with activists than entertainment. There were also a few other parts of the story that seemed a little choppy, like they either deleted a scene they shouldn't have, or created some just to extend it for time. I wouldn't be surprised if this was originally written as a movie and they decided to fluff it out into a series instead.

I completed it.
It is awesome, story wise. They somehow managed it to make a horror comedy, but at the same time not making it a typical teenage drama. That requires effort.
Although I was nearing the end, I could guess the villains and their people. But it was quite a fun to watch.
Wednesday Addams is just a not-so-harmful girl who has a very very dark personality, but her actions are not so dark. In fact they are hardly dark compared to her personality. She seems cold, uncaring, or something in that spectrum, but she is hardly that. Her roommate understood that, and decided to stay. Good time.
Binged that hard. Loved it. Good casting and story. Hope there is a season 2
Awful! 🤮
Great script, horrible “acting”.
Dry humor takes natural talent.

its good sometimes I cringed a little whilst watching but I'm on episode 6 and its been a good watch so far
No. Gomez and Pugsley look retarded. Wednesday is cringey. And Morticia is not ironically funny. Hard pass.
I just started. Halfway through the first episode. I don't like who they picked for the parents. They're good actors but not for that part.
Yikes! I caught a bit on Thanksgiving where the happy girl asked a rumor about her killing someone at her last school and hearing no two. Wtf?
I have watched a few episodes. I'm going to finish it, but I have been having a difficult time focusing on things lately. It's good so far.
