Jackie Chan. Still doing his own stunts and fight choreography and he can actually act. Most only manage one well.

Statham is a decent actor and he's got some decent moves but he's not the best.

Bruce Lee died before his acting got good. He basically played Bruce Lee in everything. Chuck Norris is the same. Great martial artists, not great actors.

Jet Li was brilliant in Lethal Weapon 4 and played well opposite Jackie Chan in a movie whose name escapes me. Don't know enough of his other work to say more.
