How to get a Netflix "script" developed into a situation comedy or show?

I'm having a whacky and creative day. I came up with an idea for a situation comedy. How could I get it developed and where can one submit to netflix and such to see it come to life?

As a software developer I meet a lot of pepole with ideas
But an idea as hot as it may be is just hot air till someone makes a ballon around it so it can fly
If you go to Netflix with a "This is my idea!" they likely just ask.. "And?"
When you get to netflix you should have at the vary least an idea, a pitch for it, and a basic bear bone script, if gou can make a possible trailer even a skechs be better
You should also have a budget of about how much you think it will cost, and if you got no past exprince you likely need someone that dose that got the idea sold to them

And you need someone that has a contact inside netflix
There is no address to go to and drop ideas
Only chance you got there is try to captur a contact and elevator pitch to them
