What are your thoughts on these figurines? Are they weird or cool? I want to get some for my apartment but I’m not sure?

i would invest in legit museum figurines, such as Steuben or Tiffany, that will always appreciate in value, especially those that are rare antiques

there are funkier collections that are still true art vs. commercial items. yours look like KAWS which are hugely valuable, tens and hundreds of thousands of dollars, and some of them are very rare, and in that sense, very cool

They seem like a giant articulated funko-pop to me; unless you get a specific character for your collection of other similar characters, I feel like it would just look tacky. Definitely odd though.

They’re certainly really interesting. They’re called Bearbricks and they’re designed by Metcom. It’s an art from originated in Asia. I am really into pop art lately and stumbled across those. Maybe it’s the model in the photo that’s leveling them up? Haha!

That’s Anastasia Reshetova a Russian model. I love her style! It’s how I initially stumbled across these figurines.
I’d probably get a solid neutral color. Probably 2 actually.

You know, if they're a complimentary pair, that might actually look pretty cute. I think my kids would enjoy them.

I think they’d look good different design like marble or a solid color and in pairs or multiple ones. Especially if in a row like on a floor or table.
