While there probably are not many movies that have specifically asexual people in them, there are a fair amount of romance movies that do not include sex or sexual insinuations. The BBC Pride and Prejudice might interest you. They do have I think one kiss, but it's not a sexual kiss.

Probably the closest you'll get is a movie with a man and woman as 'just friends,' and even that's going to be like finding a coin in the ocean.
