Lmao I’m probably one of the very few “adults” that do, but just wondering if anyone else does. Aside from my sis, there was one other person I used to enjoy watching it with but that shit went left 🤣 Its just a cute little love story but they mad annoying. Just two classmates/superheroes never realizing they’re in love with each other’s alter-ego. Five fckin seasons of this bullshit and everytime they find out, somebody reverses mf time! Why do I like to torture myself like this... Then again, there’s a love triangle as well (the story of my many lives) and the way she stay boycrazy and freakin out over these dudes reminds me of my teen years 🤣 #FeelFreeToList

I would highly recommend watching the 20 minute episode “Cat Blanc” season 3 episode 21. Its like an entire movie of time travel with the whole series wrapped into one episode. If you like that, then its worth watching the show. here's the link but im sure you can find elsewhere with better quality

I've seen the show come up a lot. I could see and understand the appeal by that description you gave. Surprised Netflix hasn't tried adapting it into live-action yet. If I can find it I'll watch it

Oh me too they've sucked adaptions consistantly. But apparently they're putting all their balls in the Avatar: Last Airbender live-action. Major high dollar production and what I've seen is even better than I'd pictured.

You know what episodes you've seen? Such damn good moments in the show. I can kind of understand the look and vibe occasionally not being as appealing but when you see where it hits on it's mature points, it does it so well and on point. Nothing typical of a kids show or any show especially at that time.

This is also why I need Netflix to nail this live-action version, just to really bring out what made this show as impotant as it is. And for an audience who couldn't look at the American/korean made anime it was for too long. Cuz I get it, its a dorky doodley kids tv show in bits. Takes a full season before that becomes an endeering part of the show. Just watched a couple episodes and it's honestly what I'd use in a masterclass for directing and character development still with plenty of room for improvement of course. It would benefit incredibly to be brought into live-action in the right way. Sorry I just love a kid's show that tries, and inspires quality story telling. That's why I'm genuinely interested in this ladybug time warped love triangle, sounds interesting enough, animation looks decent as far as 3D kids shows go, seems like they care about the story.

They only sell season 1 and 2 on dvd. (And only season 2 dvd is worth it). Season 3/4/5 are only on disney channel

See when i started watching, i started on like season 3 and had to go back and watch. I never intended to watch but my sis was watchin disney channel one day and i got into it with her. Season 2/3/4 are amazing. Season 1 is a slow buildup. I dont even watch every episode. Only the ones that focus around her and the guy crushing on eachother. So i watch a little over half of every season. Season 5 hasn't been that great. But yes i highly recommend season 2/3/4 and its not like you’d miss much because they constantly travel back in time and start over. Im gonna link a pic of the best episodes to watch for season 2+

So season 1 is basically character introduction, and a "weekly villain"? I don't need to watch the 1st season to watch the others?

The only episode of the first season that you just really need is the origin story (Ladybug & Cat Noir: Origins, Part 1
Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir: Episode 25), the few eps i mentioned, and the finale.
