Its seems similar to glam metal too or am i wrong?

So I guess it would be Bon Jovi if they count, other than that mötley crüe. At with the last I am at least sure its part of the genre not sure about the rest I have in mind.

  The broad definition is any 80s hard rock. The narrow definition is the Sunset Strip bands, particularly the more visual ones like Poison and Cinderella.

  Ok thank you. I just like my music and hear everything Mixed which leads to me often not knowing the specifics. When I looked up what hair metal is, the bands reminded me of what I understood as glam metal.

I love all the music from the 80's. Back then it was called rock music. Now it's called classic rock. There's only one radio station that still plays classic rock in New York, that's WBAB.
