Damn lol 😞 you people don't have good taste in music! The 90's love songs and 80's power ballads were awesome and sweet sounding! At least in my opinion. .. And hey at least I am not alone in liking her stuff lol. Her "We Belong Together" song currently has 606M views and I bet her older songs (her better ones in my opinion as well) have like way more!

I've seen her in a lot of different things and I hate people that just because they're good they act like they're better than anybody in the act like they're diva into me it's ridiculous and it makes me not like that person LOL but like I said I don't know her so I can't tell you really I do like some of her old songs but I will listen to this and see what I think

True I feel like she can be legendary. I am really glad I was an 80's baby. A lot of songs from the 80's and 90's were really romantic and made you feel great and were light hearted (of course some were deep) but who wants to deal with serious and head banging music lol. You listen to music to relax, not to make your stress levels go up! Hehe.

What kind of music do you like? I will never understand people that like music that's hard to listen to. When I evaluate an artist or song, I usually consider the rythm (background music), the flow, and yes of course the lyrics. A lot of artists put time and effort into their lyrics. Some are too deep to understand, but a lot (especially when dealing with love, a very common theme in music, especially romantic love), are easy to understand and they are relatable to romantic troubles lol. Some songs as well, just bring back innocent times and memories of my childhood and when I go back to hear them, I am instantly transported BACK to feeling nostalgic and feeling like I'm 12 again... or 8 again.. or even 15. ... I LOVE that about music. It can help you FEEL GOOD and relaxed mentally, bring me happiness and soothe me.

Metal calms me or gets me pumped depending on the band/song. But there is a metal for every mood and occasion.

The instrumentals are usually what people are drawn to.
And one thing I love about Metal, there's dozens upon dozens of genres.
